iStory Tour: Costa Rica
First entry from work
Happy New Year! I write this first entry to our iStory Tour: Costa Rica blog from Kean University, in Union, NJ. I had some meetings today, but also worked with the Center for International Studies in last-minute preparations for this trip (and some other trips Kean will conduct over the next semester).
For those of you not familiar with Kean University, we are just outside of New York City. It struck me as I was writing this first blog entry, from an office in one of the world’s most congested areas, that I will shortly be making entries from Costa Rica.
Well, back to our preparations--and then some packing. Tour participants are meeting at Kean at 3:45 am to board a shuttle to the airport.
I’ll probably make one more entry before heading off to Costa Rica. (Note: Throughout this blog, you should feel free to make comments--we’d love to hear from you as we travel.)
