STAR TREK TOS: Phaser 1 and 2
This is a paper model in three sheets. It is one of the few paper
models here done originally with ruler, calculator, and pencils.
The computer was only used to touch up the final image and
to publish the images you download. This is a 1:1 replica of the
Original Seres’ hand weapon. The Phaser 1 “power pack” is
removable from Phaser 2 “handle” if you are careful. This model
has won some awards and some “attaboys” from around the net.

STAR TREK TOS: Phaser 2
This is a paper model in three sheets. It is a 1:1 replica of the Next Generation Seres’ hand weapon. The weapon took some design changes over the course of the 7 years of television. This model represents the weapon as it appeared in season 4 and beyond. There is also a sheet for modifying it to the curved handle version of season 7, Deep Space Nine, and Voyager. I have taken slight artistic license with the model... but if you study the show’s own props it is very hard to find any consistency with their models either.

STAR TREK (inspired) ROUSTABOUT
This model was bouncing around in my cavernous cranium for a time, until a contest drew it out of that frightening place. It represents a period of time in the Trek ‘verse between the original show and the first movie. The craft is a pocket starship used in the same way that the American Navy used PT boats in WWII. There is a short backstory on the model’s cover page. It is a more challenging build, but rather satisfying to look at.
Build instructions are in a graphic within the model file.

Sometimes even Starfleet needs REAL Firepower! Here is the Phaser III in a LARGE papermodel.
The Ratio is 1:1 but you can also print it at 50% size and still make a fine model.
The Phaser III (rifle) is from the ST:TNG movies. This is a work of art that combines a few conflicting elements from the props seen in each of these movies. In the future I will update this model with optional parts to show elements from other incarnations of the prop. It is 19 pages and uses up a lot of grey ink!
