A great skatepark is nothing without its locals. Having been around the Hill Street Skatepark in Frederick, MD, I have come to recognize those that make up this group - from the seasoned veterans to the kid who just learned how to drop in. No matter who they are, they frequent Hill Street for the love of skating it. These are just a handful of these great people.
