Make plans to bring your sweetheart to our Valentine’s Day Exhibit at the Honolulu House Museum Saturday, February 16th from 12-5 p.m.  The theme of this year’s exhibit is Valentine’s Day Parties from the Victorian Era.  Come see how people celebrated Valentine’s Day during the later half of the 19th century.  We will also have special displays to educate you on the meaning of specific flowers, how to host a high tea, the history of Valentine’s Day and the history of Valentine cards.  Also on display will be the wedding dress worn by Carrie Cameron, who resided in the Honolulu House with her mother during the 1860’s and 1870’s.  Our gift shop will also be expanded to include the perfect gift for your Valentine.  Admission is only $5.  We look forward to seeing you in February!
