In 2006, our staff started work in the Kabul orphanage, Alluhoddin.  They were so appalled by the conditions that we began a campaign to change the way the government ran them.  Two years later we have been accepted by the Ministry responsible and started our pilot programs in Chagcharran and Kabul.  Here are stories about our journey.
