The northernmost country of former Yugoslavia, Slovenia feels more like its Alps neighbors than the Baltic states. In April of 2007, we visited the capital city of Ljubljana, the picturesque area of Bled, and the Postojna Cave.

Take a day trip to picturesque Bled, enjoying the views from the castle or famous island cathedral.

Tour through the famous caves of Postojna, with its 20 km of incredible formations and view the indigenous Proteus anguinus salamandar-like creatures..
