I headed to bed around midnight last night and attempted to sleep. I couldn’t because the person downstairs from us was cranking the music so loudly I could feel the bass in my mattress. I sat there for a while, stewing. I finally got up, got dressed, headed outside and downstairs to knock on his door and tell him to turn it down. He answers the door NAKED. Yes Naked, holding a drink, the room was flooded with red light and I could hear a woman’s voice.
