Pendragon

Greg Stafford’s Pendragon RPG

Pendragon is the perfect game for King Arthur enthusiasts and mature roleplayers more interested in "low-fantasy" than in the usual dragon slaying, world saving of other fantasy games. The rule systems are simple to use, yet realistic and the rule books are filled with lots of mood-generating material. The unique rules for character personalities are as simple as they are ingenious. The game has also been meticulously researched in Arthurian literature, and this is evident on every page of the books.

The Pendragon game has been published under three different publishers during its more than 20 years existence. The first publisher, Chaosium, issued the first edition of the game in 1985. They then continued to publish new editions and supplements until 1997. Publication was then handed over to Green Knight Publishing who reprinted some of the earlier books and published some new over the years 1999 to 2001. Today Pendragon is more alive than ever under the new publisher Arthaus, having seen publication of a new  fifth edition and a great sourcebook, both in beautiful hardbacks.

This site is an effort to list all games, books and supplements published for Pendragon. Feel free to email me if you know more about Pendragon or you think that I have omitted something important.

The original and current author of the game, Greg Stafford, maintains a great Pendragon site with more information and current errata at http://weareallus.com/pendragon/.
