101 Units of Blood !

All I can say is wow! Hereford High School raised 101 units of blood at the end of the year blood drive on Thursday, May 22, 2008.

Our goal was for 80 units, but the HOSA and HSTE students wanted to see if we could get 100. It was a very long day but in the end, we did it.

Thanks to all of the students, teachers, paraprofessionals and others who helped make this blood drive a success.

The Hereford High School Health Science Technology Students and HOSA will once again sponsor a Blood Drive on Thursday, May 22, 2008 in the Old Gym at Hereford High School.

HSTE & HOSA students will be making appointments for students, teachers and staff. Those who would like to donate are encouraged to make an appointment as we will have very limited walk-in appointments available.

When students make an appointment, the will be asked to provide us with their class schedule. So, instead of showing up at a scheduled time for an appointment, HSTE & HOSA students will come to your class and escort you to the Old Gym. We are hoping this will reduce the time you spend waiting to donate blood.
