Today was such a beautiful spring day! To celebrate this wonderful day we headed out for a quiet Sunday dinner picnic. Normally on Sunday’s the girls are all dressed up and always look so adorable. I thought it would also be a great opportunity to get some new portraits of the beauty queens. The lighting was perfect! I just couldn’t resist taking advantage of it.

I love North Carolina! Today the girls and I went on a bike ride to discover a new trail they had just finished putting in our neighborhood. You would think after living here for a couple of years I would be used to all this green beauty, but I am so not! Many times I find myself owing and awing at all the green around me. I just love it and can’t get enough of it! Spring is such a beautiful

 

Well as some of you may know we are planning a very special “Magical Gathering” this year. I have been busy trying to get all of our reservations in order and it has really consumed a lot of my time lately. We are getting so excited! Only 40 days to go!!

Our precious little Anna got a horrible stomach bug last week. Just when I thought she was done being sick it started all over again. The poor little thing couldn’t keep anything down not even water. After about a day I was able to finally get some fluids in her. She is doing much better and I am hoping this will be the end of her being sick this year.

The Girls had a great time this easter. They get so excited for the egg hunts! It was a nice day. We enjoyed watching them go through their easter baskets, go on an egg hunt, and eat every piece of candy in sight! Easter is such a special time to reflect on the resurrection of the savior. I am so grateful for the peace that I feel knowing we will all live again after this life.
