March 1st was officially the first day of spring around here. So to celebrate, Bruster’s Real Ice Cream was offering FREE waffle cones for those who wore their p.j.’s that day. For those of you that have had the opportunity to eat this ice cream you know this is a deal that cannot be missed! A waffle cone will normally run just under $4. So Saturday we enjoyed not only one Waffle cone but two! We took the girls in the afternoon and we returned later that evening for our date night. Some of our favorite flavors our Mint Oreo, Key-Lime Pie, Strawberry Cheesecake, Heath Bar, White Turtle, and Chocolate. It really is a fun little place to get ice cream and take the kids.

The location we normally go to has rocking chairs outside to rock on and they even had little hoola hoops out for the girls to play with on Saturday. It really is the best Ice Cream we have ever had. Creamy, fresh, and over the top flavor! Did I mention that they also have all sort of deals throughout the year. Kids and the even the dog get a free baby cone! If it rains or snows you get a free scoop of ice cream. Also on Thursday nights if you bring your own banana you get 1/2 off their banana splits. And believe me they do not mess around with those splits! They are huge and yummy!
