In 2005 I decided that I hadn’t been to the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Fly-in in over 10 years and it had been long enough. I used to be such a aircraft nerd/geek/dork. I had attended aircraft tech school even. Me and Dave used to go every year, it seemed for ever.
