The weekly rates are divided into four groups: High Season..... July & August Shoulder Season..... roughly: 1May to 1July & 1Sept to late Oct. Low Season..... late October to 1st or so week in May Holidays..... Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, July 4th and Labor Day (bridge walk)______________________________________________________ All weeks in July & August.... still only $2,100 per week Shoulder season.... see list below Low Season $675 per week unless a holiday is in that week. Holidays...... $900/week, or minimum of 3 nights, $200/night.
