the amenities of the lodge are many and varied, too many to mention, but a short list might read like this.....

 

Inside of the lodge is outfitted to have everything you need short of toiletries and foods.... That’s about all you need to bring, believe it or not!  There is HVAC so you can keep it as toasty or as frigid as you like.  If you’ve

always dreamed of going to a place with lots and lots of taxidermy everywhere, this is YOUR place.  It’s almost entirely built of wood and stone and as such has that feel to it.  There is tremendous privacy and solitude to it by virtue of there being almost no development anywhere near there.  There are games for the kids, lots of electronic gadgets and a neat telescope, canoes and a pier and (hopefully soon) a dock out past the pier for boat anchorage.  That’s a little tricky what with the Huron storms that can come even in the warmest and mildest summertime.  There are very nice furnishings everywhere, and nice little touches in each room that are really quite neat!
