Matthew Westerby Company is thrilled to have led the hugely successful Project Poetry Live!  for the past three seasons, in partnership with Litchfield Performing Arts, Connecticut. The project takes MWC and its ten dynamic teaching artists to teach over 1,100 seventh grade students in five school districts in Connecticut. The Company creates performance work for this talented group of students, performed in collaboration with live music especially composed for the project. The Company is looking forward to leading the project for a fourth time in the fall of 2012. The project will culminate in performances in mid-November 2012, at Naugatuck Valley Community College, in Waterbury, Connecticut.
