Biography
While earning his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design at Pratt Institute, Matthew studied sculpture in France under Martine Vaugel. He also studied Scandinavian design, architecture, and woodworking at Denmark's Design School.
He has been internationally recognized for several design awards including the Bronze Leaf Award in the 2002 IFDA International Furniture Design Competition in Asahikawa, Japan.
