Portion sizes

There are 3 sizes. The smallest is aimed at the first stages of weaning as they only include 1 ingredient. When first introducing your baby to solids it is important to give new foods every 3 days for digestion purposes. Using more pots can increase the amount you give them. The 2nd size is aimed at further stages of weaning, going from mixed ingredient pureed meals to mixed ingredient textured meals.  The 3rd is for the textured meals.  I do these in 2 sizes to allow parents to mix the textured and pureed together if the babies are having difficulty moving up a stage.  However many babies' appetites have increased to the 100g size so once established on the textured meals they can then purchase one larger pot.

The portions are small for a number of reasons: It reduces waste as you will only need to heat the amount you require – whether it is one tub or several. Allows you to mix “meals” i.e. you can have a vegetable portion and meat portion. I found it a particularly useful way to introduce my children to new tastes. Rather than having a large portion of a new food I would use a small amount with something I knew they already liked.
Menus

There are no additives, preservatives, starches, thickening agents etc. in any of the meals.
Rather than choosing specific meals you may prefer a selection for a period of time. All you need to do is tell me how many of each size and I will choose for you.
