Notice of the Social Clubs 36th AGM
Dear Member/Parishioner
You are cordially invited to the East Garston Social Club's 36th Annual General Meeting. The meeting will be held on Friday, 11th April 2008 at the Village Hall and will start at 7.30pm.
The AGM will give paid up members a chance to vote on the appointment of officers and the Committee, you may also vote on issues raised at the meeting.
The meeting will be immediately followed with light refreshments. Here, you will have an opportunity to meet the elected officers and Committee who will be pleased to discuss their future plans for the Social Club and Bar. Your thoughts, as always, will prove invaluable and will be most welcome.
