JETFX Australia are proud to announce being appointed the sole Australia distributor for the EvoJet “Booster” series of kerosene start turbines. Manufactured in Germany and using sate of the art components the new Booster 90, 130, 160 and 180 turbines are extremely competitively priced and sure to impress with their superior quality and performance. The EvoJet Booster series of model turbines work in a similar fashion to full-size jet aircraft power plants. The engines feature an electric starter motor and a new electric kerosene burner (SFL12V), providing full control of engine startup sequence from the R/C transmitter. There is no more propane gas needed. NEW, is the Single Fuel Line and a rock-solid 12V kero-burner system. No more second start gas line needed!


All functions are supervised and monitored by the JETRONIC-Vx Engine Control Unit, which constantly sets all the operating parameters to the optimum values. All the auxiliary electrical components, i.e. fuel pump, kerosene igniter, starter, valve etc., are powered by a lightweight lithium-manganese battery.


The latest CNC engineering and laser technology is employed to obtain an unprecedented level of manufacturing precision, guaranteeing that the turbines provide high performance and a long effective life.


Each engine also includes a display and programming unit (Engine Data Terminal) featuring an illuminated alpha-numeric LCD; it can be plugged in and disconnected when the engine is running, so that you can read current operational data and adjust the settings if necessary.


In addition to the momentary operational data such as exhaust gas temperature (EGT), rotational speed (rpm) and thrust (Throttle), the unit is also able to display statistical data including total turbine running time, rotational speed and temperature statistics, number of starts, battery voltage etc.


SFL12V - Is a ceramic kerosene-burner for fully automatic engine startup with no propane gas required. Combustion chamber is made of Inconel high-grade steel. Engine sensors (mil.spec). Precision balanced rotor for best running performance with ceramic-hybrid bearings (abec9). Ball beared starter motor with neodym-magnets for quick engine startup. Mini JETRONIC-Vx ECU extra lightweight and with powerful firmware - reliable and over 5 years of testing. All components are 'Made in Germany' with full 3 years EvoJet warranty.
