JFX Australia offers a customer service and support network for our R/C model aircraft, UAV’s and gas turbine engines. So when considering our products or seeking after sales technical assistance, the experienced JFX team can assist customers with all technical support requirements. JFX is also expanding our regional rep network so as to further assist all our customers. At present JFX has field reps located in NSW, VIC, SA and QLD. JFX are directly involved with our product manufacturers, working closely with them

to further refine component design and also assist develop comprehensive owner instruction and operation manuals specifically for all of our R/C jet kits and turbine engines. Customer feedback and product improvement suggestions are always enthusiastically received and welcomed.

 

JFX AIRCRAFT AND TURBINE ENGINE SUPPORT

JFX Australia carries out complete pre-delivery testing

and records performance with certification on every

new engine prior to shipping and also again at every

service interval, this allows complete customer

assurance that their engines performance is being

maintained to specification as it should be. All our

turbine engines ECU performance parameter settings

are pre-programmed by us so you can simply

install and operate your turbine engine virtually

straight away upon delivery.

Our new Australian service facility is fully

equipped to service and repair the complete JFX

range of micro jet gas turbine engines in-house.

JFX has an extensive inventory of spare components

and we are always well stocked to handle our

customer parts and repair requirements. JFX can

offer fast turn around time on all manufacturer

recommended maintenance service intervals and

any engine FOD or crash repair requirements.

engine service period of our customer engines,

under condition JFX can offer a replacement

‘loan’ engine option for duration of certain down

time periods, conditions do apply. Please contact
