Gazpacho
Gazpacho
Ingredients (serves 4):
1kg tomatoes
1 pepper
1 cucumber
1 onion
2-3 gloves garlic
1l vegetables/chicken/veal broth
100ml olive oil
2-3 tbsp aceto balsamic or sherry vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
2 slices white bread
Note: you have to use very ripe tasty tomatoes
