Crossroads Geology Conference (CGC) is our annual student-organized geology conference.  We hold it every year in the spring.  Be sure to check our CGC pages for updates and information—We’d love to see you and your research there!


The Department of Geological Sciences at Indiana University hosts the Rho Chapter of Sigma Gamma Epsilon (SGE). The chapter was reactivated in April 2001 with 27 new members, both undergraduates and graduate students. Dr. Erika Elswick is the advisor for the group. SGE is now responsible for the academic student functions of the Department.
