•  SU Multimedia Camp for 3 years (check out the video clips produced at MMC 2000)

Mart has played Bass Guitarist  for a few bands - playing gigs all over the place including parties, weddings, various camps, my local church

Mart has created several Multimedia-enhanced talks on Science and Christianity including
- Science and the Bible - Bridging the Rift with lots of images and animations from NASA
- God Beyond Space and Time with lots of video clips from the movie The Matrix which he has delivered dozens of times for camps, schools, churches, youth groups etc.

Mart was President for about 5 years, as well as VP, Newsletter editor, Committee Member and now honourary life of the Western Australian Macintosh User Group (WAMUG ).


Abseiling at Gooseberry Hill Quarry - One of many abseiling trips (this one with work colleagues), notable in this case for Mart's flying leap that ended in a badly rolled ankle.

The SideWinder our off-road fun machine. Lots of photos and Video Footage of Roll-overs and the different versions of of this little motorcycle engine-powered that Mart and a couple of friends built.

Human Powered Vehicle enthusiast. Mart won the State prize in Applied Technology for the 3-wheeled HPV he designed and made and subsequently rode to Uni for several months.
