Sometimes God has to remove you to work.  Two calendar events were conflicted, Men's retreat and Pray and Plan.  I was very dissappointed that I could not attend my first retreat with my staff but I was committed to the leadership event.  God had big plans in my because of my absence.  Over the last 4-5 months I have been addressing our team's critical spirit.  Evidently in my absence things reached a head when Jim a new member to the team reflected back to them the Malachi they were describing.  God moved with His spirit mightily.  They spent 3-4 hours processing, repenting and praying for God to change their hearts.  I firmly believe that the relational health of our team impacts are ability to represent and be used by God in the lives of military youth.  I was stunned to hear what God did.  I got several emails and a couple of phone calls that were all related to new attitudes and reconciled relationships.  These men are important to our cause, they have to be growing and changing into the image of Christ continually for our ministry to be a success.  Praise God for this work!
