Sometimes we’re so close...
This is Shadow, our feral cat. He’s grown more domesticated over the last several weeks. He’ll even come into the home office, especially when he sees birds chowing down from the window feeder.
He’ll never get the birds. But he’s so close. Just a piece of glass from them. But they know they’re safe.
Kind of reminds me of some of the prospects for new projects I’ve been working on. A couple of them are in the safe mode. That is, they’re not responding to my emails or returning my phone calls.
