Many years later I found myself living across the Bay and still making things simply to amuse myself, I suppose. Along the way, it seems that I managed to amuse and inspire quite a few others, too. The above image is cut from steel and painted with synthetic enamel, which is the paint I like to use when I want to see something that reminds me of painting bright colors on my model airplanes in the dark, damp, cold basement of my boyhood home in Massachusetts. “Moonpuppy” measures four feet by four feet and pops out like in a pop-up book. Like all my steel work, it’s fun and heavy. For more things to see by and about me, try a Google search or try clicking around the rest of this web site. Go ahead, snoop around. I check in now and again since I may want to change these web pages, depending upon my mood. Also, when navigating around Bulwinkleland, you may want to leave your serious face at the dock until you return. If you are interested in purchasing any of the work you may see in these pages or otherwise commenting on it you may e-mail me @: markbul@sonic.net. Thank you.
