Aspects of heilkunst treatment

The traumatic timeline is a tool that is used in sequential treatment. It is a record of the incidents in your life that have left a mark on the physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual levels.
Please place all occurrences in chronological order working from the present backwards to birth and conception, or from conception to the present. Include all medical interventions or treatments that accompanied the events.
Keep a copy of your time line so you can follow and relate to your healing cycles. You may also keep a note book in which to record your symptoms and healing reactions. This allows you to give a more complete picture to your practitioner at each follow up appointment.

The following types of events or situations should be considered to be possible shocks or traumas. Any other event that you feel to have been a shock or trauma should be included. If in doubt, list the event and we can discuss it's importance.

Physical
Pre-birth: Medical interventions upon the mother or baby during pregnancy (ultrasound, amniocentesis, surgery or medication).
Drug, alcohol, or tobacco use by mother.
Severe illnesses (especially viral) suffered by the mother.
Any emotional shocks to the parents at the time of conception or pregnancy (see section on emotional traumas below).
Birth: Difficult labour, late breathing or oxygen deprivation, use of forceps, use of anaesthetic, caesarian section, silver oxide put in baby’s eyes.
Emotional distress on the part of the mother.
Vaccination: Dates, especially of the first vaccination of each kind. Booster dates are less important, and can be ignored unless there was an adverse reaction of any kind. Include all adverse reactions, and any condition that seems to have arisen after a vaccination.
Accidents: Car accidents, assaults, falls, blows to the heads, concussion, broken bones, animal bites, burns, electric shock, sunburn, frostbite, etc.
Medical and Surgical Interventions: Any surgical intervention including but not limited to dental surgery, abdominal (including C-section), circumcision, vasectomy, D & C, abortion, hip replacement, arthroscopic surgery, Botox treatments and plastic surgery, removal of tonsils, appendix, adenoids, etc.
Medical interventions would include radiation or chemotherapy, use of pharmaceutical drugs such as anaesthetic, antibiotics, anti-depressants, analgesics, anti-fungals, anti-psychotics, etc., hormone intervention such as birth control, hormone replacement or in-vitro fertilisation (IVF).
Include as well any diagnostic procedure to which you had a bad reaction, as well as amniocentesis, radiographs (x-rays) and scans.
Non-medical drug use: Include use of alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, recreational drug, hallucinogens, and any addictions, past or present.
Severe infections: Lyme disease, mononucleosis, Epstein-Barr, tuberculosis, pneumonia…
Measles, chicken pox, mumps, scarlet fever, and other childhood diseases.
Auto-immune conditions: MS, Crohn’s, celiac, Addison’s, Grave’s, allergies…

Prebirth	Mother had ultrasound and amniocentesis. She took up smoking again when my grandmother died in her sixth month.
Birth	My father was out of town (I was two weeks early). I was blue and did not breathe for a few minutes. Mum was really scared and emotional. She had an epidural.
6 months	I fell out of the crib and hit my head. They thought I was OK except my eyes sort of rolled back.
I don’t know about vaccinations, but I had all the childhood diseases. I got them from my older brother.
