    Le classi consistono di dimostrani di piatti tipici toscani abbinati ai vini tipici del luogo. Gran parte dei prodotti che utilizziamo sono prodotti biologici del nostro negozio.

 

 

    I Preferiti di Boriana, Montepulciano offre classi di degustazioni di Vino.

Le classi vengono svolte all’interno del nostro negozio; la durata minima di una classe e` di 2 ore.

    E` possible scegliere tra una variata combinazione di degustazioni: vino; vino e  formaggi; vino e salumi; vino, salumi e formaggi; vino, salumi, formaggi e marmellate. Sono disponibili anche altre combinazioni.

 

I Preferiti di Boriana in Montepulciano offers unique wine tasting and classes, both in our store, just off the Piazza Grande in Montepulciano, or at your private lodging in Toscana!

 

At the Montepulciana store, we hold wine tasting programs available in two or three hour modules.  There are several general types: wine-only, wine paired with various of our local Pecorino cheeses; wine with various kinds of antipasti - cold meats and salami or a combination of wine, olive oil, fruit preserves and cheeses.  These can be fashioned to address specific interests, for example, a comparison of traditional Sangiovese DOC and DOCG wines with the Super-Tuscans, and how they pair with food.  

 

New and exciting!  We also now offer offer cooking classes at your lodging.  These can be at an “agriturismo” main kitchen or in the kitchen of your villa or other place of residence.  In a fun, interactive format, we will teach cooking of the favoriate, traditional recipes like pici, pappardelle, sugo all’aglione.  The minimum size for such  a class is 4 people.  These are hands-on, and always lead to lots of laughter and delicious food!
