I Preferiti di Boriana offers a vast selection of traditional Tuscan products. Our company philosophy is to research and select the most authentic and high quality products. All the products come from family owned businesses, to which quality is their main goal. Based on this common ideal, we have put together, in one single store, a reflection of what Tuscany is, more particularly the town of Montepulciano.
    We highly support and try to promote the concept of organic products, which values the tradition. You will find a unique selection of organic products as Durum wheat, Whole wheat, Chestnut wheat and Spelt wheat Pasta; 100% Fruit Juices with no sugar added; Vegetable and Meat Sauces; Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a vast selection of Montepulciano Wines and Tuscan Wines in general.
 
    At I Preferiti di Boriana in Montepulciano, you can have wine classes, which consist of wine tasting and food paring, where we teach you about our wines.
We also offer cooking classes from scratch, where besides learning some of our traditional recipes, you will be teach on how to pair the wine with the food “wine class”. Reservations preferred.
 
    At our store in San Francisco, located at the Ferry Building, we carry the same products and have the some services as our store in Montepulciano with a few extras - the Wine Bar, where we do serve wine tasting, wine by the glass, appetizer plates; the Coffee, where we serve Bomboloni and other pastries, Espresso, Cappuccino, Caffe’ Latte and Americano.
    Both store can provide you with information about trips to see the small companies where these unique products come from, meet the owners and whenever is possible learn and see how things are made.We also offer agriturismi in the area of Montepulciano for daily or weekly staying.
