Welcome to the Fifth grade Spanish Web Site. Here you will find links to practice your vocabulary and other concepts we learn in class. This year we will be working with the textbook called “¿Cómo te va?”  and you will have homework once a week. Make sure you use the website to get help with your homework and to practice for your quizzes and tests. Practicing at home is essential to help you review what you learn in class.

This year we will have three Cultural Units. In the first grading period we will learn about Mexican history: Pre-Columbian times and Mexico’s Independence Day.

In the second grading period, we will learn about Panamá and the Cuna Indians.

In the third grading period we will learn about España. We will study about the Moors and we will explore the influence of Spanish customs and architecture in our community.
