Assays of neurotransmitter concentrations in brain tissue, custom assays available as well as training in HPLC methods

Murine Neurobehavioral Laboratory
Fundamental behavioral testing services, training and consultation regarding analysis of behavioral phenotypes in mutant mice

Transgenic Mouse/ES Cell Shared Resource
Performs a variety of techniques including pronuclear DNA microinjection, ES cell microinjection, gene targeting, etc.
Director: Ron Emeson
Includes instrumentation such as centrifuges, shaker incubators, scintillation counters, cell culture rooms, microscopy, etc.
Equipment is distributed over 3 floors of MRB III (6, 7 & 8)
Also includes CMN maintained stocks of LN2 and dry ice
