Nendaz is part of the 4 Valleys ski area which consists of 412km of piste and links the villages of Verbier, Nendaz, Veysonnaz & Thyon.  The terrain is varied and has something for everyone from beginner to expert not forgetting the non skier/snowboarder.  

 

The village of Haute Nendaz is at 1400m with the   Tracouet telecabine at 2200m, the highest peak is Mont-Fort at 3300m.  Mont-Fort can be reached with the four valleys lift pass and the views are breathtaking.

 

The Grand Place apartment is located in the centre of Haute-Nendaz.  The Nendaz Tourism Office is next to the apartment along with cafe’s, restaurants,  pattiserie and ski hire/equipment shops. There are good restaurants within easy walking distance from the apartment, an authentic italian restaurant “Trattoria Dei Savi” and also a traditional swiss restaurant “la Cabane” are both recommended.
