Silicone Poach Pods take all the guess work out of  poaching eggs- not to mention making clean up a breeze.

The instructions say to lightly oil the pods- but i found that the oil rolled down and pooled in the bottom as soon as they hit the water and that they still stuck some. I tried softened butter and that did the trick- make sure you butter the entire inside surface. So far, I have tried only eggs in these silicone cups, that said, next time i make my individual chocolate molten cakes - I will try using them-as they are tricky to get out of the ramekins.

I found these at Sur La Table - a little pricey at $10 for 2 pods- but for perfect looking poached eggs I think they are worth it. Check out a simple recipe for poached eggs on toast!
