I arrived at Sequoia on Monday, August 28, around 10pm. Even though it was dark, I could sense the presence of magnificence. I was in a forest unlike any other on the planet. I couldn’t see the trees, but I could feel them.
For the next three days, I walked among them. You have to see this place. I rank it right along with the Grand Canyon and Yosemite. There is no other area on earth that has this concentration of giant Sequoias. Fifteen of the twenty most massive trees in the world are found within the park. This place is the real magic forest.
