Dr. Stephen Frueh

Stephen W. Frueh is an entertaining speaker who brings joy and energy rich with content to all he does. He is an expert on relationships and a master leadership coach. Stephen has delivered keynotes at large corporate gatherings, sponsored workshops, and public venues. He is skilled at hearing his audiences and utilizing their challenges to frame an intense learning experience. Stephen coaches executives in leadership competencies, individual business owners in leadership skills and creating sustainable vision and couples in bringing excellence into their marriage.

He uses his diverse background to teach and inspire. A self proclaimed ‘slum kid’ from northern New Jersey, Stephen left home at 13 years old and lived and worked on a large dairy farm in Pennsylvania for two years. He is also a high school dropout who has worked in factories, painted houses, and worked door to door sales. Stephen has a B.A. in Philosophy; an M.Div. in Theology; and a PhD in Clinical Psychology. He’s worked extensively on a post doc program in leadership studying for 3½ years with the BestWork People in northern California. Stephen is a father and a husband, an avid cyclist and roller blader and shares a deep love of poetry with his wife, Lynn, of 21 years.
