Our Mission

The Women's Leadership Development Center is a not-for-profit 501.c.3 organization that presents Educational Programs, Media Productions, Mentoring Models, and Special Events that empower a new generation of inspired leaders.

Established in 1976 as the Women's Educational and Counseling Center by a pioneer in the Women's Movement, Ellen Cooperperson. For the past 25 years, as President of Corporate Performance Consultants, Ms. Cooperperson has created and presented leadership training programs for Business, Financial Institutions and the not-for-profit sector.

The Women's Leadership Development Center is an interactive resource for women entrepreneurs and leaders at all levels of personal and professional growth. Women can participate in courses, seminars, events, and mentoring programs;use the resources on this website and access media packages. Organizations can sponsor workshops and special events for their members and the general public.
