Ellen Cooperperson, Executive Director of the Women's Leadership Development Center and Founder of Corporate Performance Consultants, is committed to empower and enable individuals and organizations to generate extraordinary results. Ellen is a dynamic and powerful communicator who has facilitated groups and coached high-level executives of global organizations for more than 25 years. Her diverse professional experience in Management, Sales, and Organizational Development, combined with her vast knowledge of human dynamics, inspires and provides unparalleled leadership to her clients. Some of her corporate clients include: Henry Schein, L’Oreal International, Northfork Bank, Newsday, Cablevision, RJ Maximus, FESTO, DISC Graphics, Dupont, Bristol-Meyers-Squibb, Luitpold Pharmaceuticals, and The Bank of New York Mellon.
Among Ellen’s numerous honors is being the recipient of the American Society for Training and Development awards for “Best in Training” and “Excellence in Organizational Transformation”. She has been honored by both Nassau and Suffolk County Executives for her outstanding contributions to the advancement of women and to the overall development of Long Island business.
Ellen holds a Master Degree in Organizational Development. She is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and an adjunct faculty member at the Cornell School of Labor and Industrial Relations.
In 1983, Ms. Cooperperson was appointed to the U.N. Council of Women; She was a founding board member of Long Island Center for Business and Professional Women; and she served on the Advisory Board of the Suffolk County Executive Office for Women.

She also produced and directed two nationally distributed films about the advancement of women. The 30th Anniversary edition was just released on DVD.

Mary Scott is the owner of Make Believe TV and is currently an award-winning director and producer of documentary, music, and commercial videos. She has been a Blue-Ribbon Panel Judge for both the OSCAR and EMMY Awards. Her documentary Chief Wilma P. Mankiller: Woman of Power aired on PBS / WNET-13 in New York City and was nominated for an Emmy Award. Her documentary "Wings of Their Own" (2003) proves that onyone can fly. She writes and produces commercials, music video, and marketing services. She is an active member in several Women's Business organizations including NAWBO and the Long Island Center for Business & Professional Women, and serves as chair of the Suffolk Women's Business Enterprise Coalition, and public relations director for PRPLI, and BPW International New York. She has also lectured at schools, universities and film festivals on women's health and political issues and filmmaking. Leadership is natural to such a team player.
