Staffing In addition to the menu costs we charge a separate staff fee. The size of your staff will vary depending upon your menu, style of service and the length of your party. Our experienced and courteous staff will smoothly set up, serve and clean up your event. We are dedicated to allowing you to relax and enjoy your guests. Beverages We can provide delicious options such as iced tea, fresh squeezed lemonade, fresh mojito and margarita mixes as well as sodas and mixers. Because we do not have a liquor license you will need to provide all alcoholic beverages. We can help you plan quantities and can even place an order for you with one of our local vendors. Our bartenders will set up your bar and serve drinks. After your party, the opened bottles are yours and the unopened can usually be returned for a credit. Rentals After discussing your style preferences and budget we will review rental options with you. We’ll assist you in selecting china, flatware, linens and lighting, insuring that no element is overlooked.
