To register for Leahy Music Camp 2008, please go to Music Camp Registration and download the application forms.

Completed registration forms and payment can be mailed, emailed, or faxed to the Leahy Office.

 application form (1/student participant)
 parent/guardian information form (if applicable)
 accommodation form & total registration fee (1/registration package)
 medical waiver form (1/participant)

REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED IMMEDIATELY AND UNTIL JUNE 13/08

Fees are payable in either Canadian or US funds by personal cheque, money order, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AmEx only in Canadian funds, sorry) accepted via our secure web store – www.leahymusic.com/store.php ). All cheques and money orders should be made out to Leahy Music Camp. As at printing, Canadian & US funds were trading at par, so this is reflected in the pricing above.

Group rates are available for parties of 5 or more from the same organization. Please contact the Leahy office for rates. Fees for groups will be processed at one time via the Leahy office, not the webstore.

Please note: credit card web store payments can now be charged in either Canadian or US funds. Please be sure to select the proper currency on the web store. Be aware that some credit card companies charge a fee for using foreign currencies!

Confirmation of registration and payment will be sent from Leahy via email or standard mail if no email address is provided. If you do not hear from the Leahy office within one week of submitting your registration package, please do not assume you are registered; contact the office to confirm your registration. info@leahymusic.com or (705) 652-7376
