Everyone here is gearing up for another exciting week of music this coming July. In short, the design of our Music Camp is based on the musical environment in which we were raised. We grew up in a household where music had its own tap and ventilation system. If you come to Camp, you can expect to breathe the same air and drink from the same tap. As children and young adults our parents went out of their way to expose us to a variety instruments, styles of music, and people who had a love to either play or listen to music. From house parties and local performances to writing, recording, and travelling the world, we were immersed in a culture of music that helped to develop us as musicians and individuals. It is this ‘culture’ or multilayered experience of music that we hope to share and build upon at Camp. Thanks for your interest in the Camp and hopefully, we’ll see you there!
