Please send us an e-mail with your arrival date and the NUMBER OF NIGHTS you wish to stay.   We’ll respond promptly, and if we have an apartment available on the dates you want we’ll hold it for 24 hours for you to respond with an acceptance.  Once you confirm the booking, we will send you an invoice through PayPal.  You then have 48 hours to send us payment.  We accept credit cards or cash through PayPal.  We will send you a confirmation that your payment was received.

Our terms are as follows:

January - May, excluding Holidays:

Within 60 days of arrival, full payment is due.  Payment is non-refundable.

More than 60 days from arrival:  50% deposit, which is non-refundable.

We will send you a second invoice 60 days before arrival for the balance.  Should you fail to pay this invoice within 48 hours we will cancel your reservation.

June - Sept. 15 and Holidays

Full payment due at time of booking acceptance.  This payment is non-refundable

We require a 200€ security deposit.  We will invoice this separately from the room charge through PayPal.  This deposit will be refunded to you through PayPal within one week of your departure.
