Pre-registration will help lessen the time at gate using a sign in process and will prevent you from standing in long lines.

All pre-registrations must be received by Monday May 5th, 2008 to assure processing for sign in.

SITE FEES

Adults 18+    $ 15.00     

Adult w/NMS $ 18.00

Youth 12-17 $ 10.00      

Child 6-11      $   7.00

5 & Under Free  

Member Family Cap $ 45.00

Non-Member Family Cap w/NMS  $ 51.00     

Family cap: 2 adults & youth/children; all must be members of same family unit at same address. SCA Households are not eligible for family cap.

Please make all checks payable to SCA Inc. Shire of Myrtleholt.

MERCHANT INFORMATION

All merchants must pre-register with both Josephine County and our Pre-Registration Coordinator.

There are no extra SCA Merchant fees, normal gate fees do apply. Josephine County Parks has its own Merchant Fees and these must be prepaid.  Please refer to our Merchant page further details and/or contact our Merchant Coordinator:  Mistress Pegleg at pegleg@oz.net
