ARS VIVA ORCHESTRA
Since its inception in 1995, I have been the principal flutist of the Ars Viva Orchestra, named Illinois Orchestra of the Year for 2008 by the Illinois Council of Orchestras. We perform in the North Shore Center for Performing Arts in Skokie, Illinois. Our repertory has ranged from Mozart to the present and features masterworks both universally recognized and unjustly neglected. The Music Director is Maestro Alan Heatherington. The 2008-09 season begins with a Mozart concert on October 26 and 27.
