Thank you for visiting the official website of Standing-N-Truth. We believe the cycle of silence around sex, sexuality, and HIV/AIDS can be broken through a cohesive and inclusive strategy of education and services that seek to stem ignorance, misinformation, fear, shame, and complacency in the black community about the disease.  We use the power of multi-media to mobilize the community  to advocate for, to value, and to protect their health.
