(Evening: 6:30-11 p.m.)  Jaime and Tim met while in college, it so happens that they were neighbors in the same dormitory.  Dating now for almost 3 years, Tim proposed in a very straight forward fashion by just simply asking Jaime if she would like to marry him.  Engaged now for 6 months and living just blocks from the Inn. Ironically, the two were former guests of a wedding that was here last year.  We are very happy for you both and look forward to sharing this special day with you! -jk  Update: What a way to kick off the holiday weekend- this wonderful couple showed us all how to really have fun!  And hats off to Encantada Catering who made their debut at the Lumber Baron with perhaps some of the best New Mexico cuisine ever!  -wk
