Custom Framing Policies
We want our customers to be happy. Really happy. If you are not satisfied, we are not satisfied.
The average turn around time is one week. If materials need to be ordered, turn around times may vary.
Price quotes are estimates and are subject to change.
All orders over $100 require 50% deposit.
We are not responsible for damage done to artwork due to faulty materials or circumstances out of our control. Any damage done by employee negligence is covered up to a maximum of $300, and requires proof of value (insurance coverage, bill of sale, professional appraisal, etc). In addition, a damage report must be completed and signed by Customer to contest pre-existing or non pre-existing damage to artwork.
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during dry mounting of artwork (bumps, dimples, wrinkles, etc).
If artwork and/or framing is not picked up and/or paid for within 90 days after the date of completion, Customer relinquishes rights to artwork and/or framing, and authorizes Luke’s Frame Shop to sell it to recover it’s loss.
We are not responsible for any damage (scratches, dents, etc.) on Customer’s materials (plexi-glass, frames, mats, etc)
By placing an order, Customer agrees to all of the measurements, mat, frame and glass choices, mounting methods, and other specifications listed on the order form, and Customer also agrees to pay the entire amount quoted and agrees to all of Luke’s Frame Shop policies.
Purchasing Artwork
1/3 non-refundable deposit is required on all purchases of artwork.
If you have any questions about the art, it’s authenticity or provenance, please ask us for any relevant information you may need before making your purchase or deposit.
Purchaser must pay entire balance and all shipping/handling charges (if applicable) before receiving artwork.
The entire balance of all purchases must be paid within 30 days of end of show, unless otherwise pre-arranged, or purchaser will lose deposit.
All sales final. (But aren’t you glad you did?)
