1954     CORVETTE RACE CAR
                                (35,000)

Not much of a typical 54 corvette anymore. La Carrera Panamericana participant from 1991 to 1995 with best finish 10th overall. Has many Carrera trophies for 1st. 2nd, or 3rd. Retired car (and self) and rebuilt it between 1995 and 2002 with higher level competition components. The race car has been tested at one or two events (perhaps 2 hours engine time) at Sears Point Raceway (currently Infineon Raceway). Never entered Carrera again due to organizational changes and other logistics. Car comes with parts locker containing  at lease one of each major component. As well as many engine components including replacement blocks, cranks, cams, extra wheels and many miscellaneous parts, etc. Car is set up with a Chevrolet 250 cid (30+over) calculated 325 engine with three dual weber carburetors, special roller cam, oil windage tray and trap with accusump in trunk total 14 qts. of oil with oil cooler installed, 5-speed transmission and locking differential. Dyno @ 312 HP and on rolling road @ 275 HP to rear wheels. Owner had planed to de-tune for street use and it would be very easy to do.

1956      FORD Thunderbird
                                                          $59,900

                      VIN: P6FH135902

Recent total body on restoration. Modified by owner as follows: removed 56 Continental kit and wheel; replaced front and rear bumpers with 1955 models; replaced 1956 engine with a 1957 Thunderbird special with 2 four barrel carburetors. Car is a strong #2, with some items showing a little wear. Thus we call this a 1955-56-57 Bird. That is because someone liked the ’56 chassis and not the standard continental spare tire hanging out the back. So, when this car was restored it was decided to make a new car just like they liked. Therefore, this car has the best of all three years, a 1956 chassis with a 1957 engine and 1955 bumpers and grill. I have to say that I really like it that way. Especially the smooth and powerful two four barrel carb “police interceptor” engine. You have heard the phrase “runs and drives like new”; well I won’t say it, but! It is the best 1956 driver I have ever tested.

1957      PLYMOUTH Belvedere - 2 door hardtop
                                                                                                                   $27,000

Chrysler 392 Hemi engine - 3 speed automatic; power steering and brakes. A #3 car needing paint and windshield replacement to be perfect.

1957     CHRYSLER 300C
                                                        $58,700

The Car of the Year for 1957 and Daytona Speedweek record holder. The car was recently gone through  completely and is in #2 condition. Everything is as should be except recent addition of a HiWay HiFi 45 rpm RCA record player. Updated original radio for the addition of FM (internally) and two rear seat stereo speakers, front to rear control and stereo separation added to original knobs on radio. Stereo speakers were placed in the front existing grill, totaling four concealed speakers in three existing grills.

1960      FORD Thunderbird (Square Bird)
                               $39,000

               VIN DY71J128312

Special ordered 430 Lincoln engine by original owner as new. He restored the car over the last 15 years to like new condition. Reluctant to drive the car as it was so nice, hence the mileage is very low. Sadly, he passed away shortly after the restoration was completed. The car was purchased from estate and has been a driver (around 500 miles)  since. I would not call this a #1 simply because it is a driver. Perhaps one of the best Black Plate birds available. Mileage also kept low because owner worked for a company which provided him with a company car.

1958    Silver Arrow - Chris Craft Hull #SA-19-009       SOLD

Chris Craft - Silver Arrow, Complete, including original trailer; Hull Number SBA-19-009.

Literally a Barn Find. While clearing the original owners land of buildings in the Shasta area.  The proprietor of the Hauling company found this all but forgotten Silver Arrow in one of the buildings and got the boat as a partial payment for dismantling and hauling the buildings. The Hull number indicates it is, A very early 1958, One owner California certified and titled; In storage since 1972. It was apparently serviced and certified in 1978 but not put in service; (the 1976 USCG stickers are still in the file) Yet the 1978 registration stickers are on the boat.[ note photos]. I have spoken with the original owner who lives in Monterey and owns the property in the Lake Region and had always used  the boat in that area. But, In the later years, it was a limited use preposition. He never used the boat in the Monterey area.

The Engine is 312 Interceptor and the trailer was custom built for the boat in Monterey California. It Needs a complete restoration. I had the Bearings Tires and Wheels replaced last month. When I purchased the Silver Arrow it was My intention to restore the boat as a keeper! However, the realization that there are two major projects ahead of it, that I may never get to it. I have priced the boat to sell, but alas if my firm price is not met, I may still keep it for restoration.

What does it need:

Boat: needs a complete restoration. Everything seems to be there and much may be used as templets for replacements. The engine cover has had a chrome vent installed over the carburetor,  by the previous owner. All of the chrome needs to be re-plated. The wooden deck edging (wood) needs to be replaced. Engine and transmission needs to be rebuilt. Hull needs to be re- fiber-glassed.

Trailer: Needs lights repaired and wiring replaced. Very Minor surface rust stopped and painted. Axels and hubs have already repaired. Wheels are 5 lug and should be repaired and power-coated. One lug bolt is stripped (I think the tire guy did not know about reverse threads in the first one he tried), but could be replaced or repaired  Just a few recent photos and three short movies:
