ABOUT US
Lovell Heights Church of God began with a small group of people meeting in a log cabin store in 1982. The vision was simple, but powerful: to make Jesus known to a West Knoxville community that consisted of mainly farm land and residential properties. The church moved to its current site off Lovell Rd. in 1987 and built a portion of the current facility. As the church grew, the facility expanded to include an expanded sanctuary, several new classrooms and spaces for children and student ministries. The church recently finished a remodel project for the sanctuary, administrative offices and classrooms on the second floor. Plans are underway to remodel the existing first floor in order to make it more user-friendly.

Our beliefs provide boundaries and a foundation. Our staff leads the way. Lovell Heights may not be a perfect place, but we know the one who is has an incredible destiny for us.
