The Beacon Church is a group of people who want to do the work of Jesus.  We are a body made up of many parts, each of which is essential to the functioning of the whole.

Each member of the body has been given talents/abilities from our Father in Heaven.  God needs us to use our talents to do His work.  This means each part is indispensable, if God’s work is to get done!

We gather together as a congregation on Sunday mornings and other times throughout the week to seek God and pray together, enjoy friendship, and to serve one another and our community as Christ did.

We are an active group of Jesus followers.  Did you ever think you’d like to spend your family vacation with friends from your church going to a third-world country to serve others?  Maybe you’d like to plan and lead such an expedition.  Or maybe you have a heart for organizing a community service locally.  Either way, we’re in it together!  We are the body of Christ, and each part has its role to play.
