At The Beacon we strongly emphasize family.  We want our families to worship together.  We include our children in our praise and worship at the beginning and end of each service.  When they are dismissed for children’s ministry they go to a fun classroom for a time of practical learning with a curriculum based on the core values of The Beacon.   These values come from The Great Commission of Jesus Christ as expressed in Matthew 28:18-20.  Missions and the understanding of other cultures in the world around us is also a focus in every month’s lessons.  The children are led by a team of trained teachers and teenage assistants.  We are building up our children so they too may be equipped to reach the world for Jesus.
